I can't thank this team enough for the incredible care they gave my beagle when he became suddenly sick. They were the only clinic in the area able to see him, and they treated us with compassion from the moment we walked in. The staff was attentive, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and properly diagnosed. I felt completely confident in the care he received. Our cat was having GI issues and we got thorough service and some really helpful answers as to the underlying cause. So nice to not have to travel far away to get care outside of typical vet office hours. Everyone there was so kind and compassionate.

I had to take my female chihuahua there after a black lab attacked her. She was hurt pretty bad and our regular vet was closed. Everyone there was very helpful and genuinely cared about the health of my dog. The lady at the front desk was very nice and attentive. The staff member that came out to give me the estimate was also very polite and helpful. The veterinarian came out to speak with me prior to doing any work on my dog and you could tell that she genuinely cared about her. The estimate was on the high side, but only as a worst case scenario. The actual cost was about $300 cheaper than the estimate. Overall, great experience given the situation. I'd highly recommend them if you're in the unfortunate situation that I was in. My chihuahua is recovering fine and my family and I appreciate their hard work and great customer service.

I took my dog in today for a cut, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely empathetic. They treated both me and Coco with such care and compassion, which made a stressful situation so much easier. We were in and out quickly, and I really appreciated how transparent they were about the cost - which was very reasonable, especially for an urgent care visit. A special thank you to Tiffany, who was exceptionally helpful and kind throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt, compassionate care for their pet.

Highly recommened for small pet emergency!! The staff and vets treated our cat and us with the most genuine care and respect during our visits. Our cat was lethargic and dehydrated and they jumped into action to get him stable. We had reports throughout the stay and we are thrilled to say he is back home and recovering. The cost was very fair and care was top notch!!

Brought a sick kitten here for treatment. Expected a wait since it's a walk-in practice but wasn't too bad. All together we were there two hours total, from check-in, through exam, treatment, medicine fill, and checkout. The staff was very friendly, informative, clean place and the vet was knowledgeable and not rushed.

Very impressed with their staff and services. Our dog Bama developed a sudden ear hematoma on a weekend evening when our primary vet was closed. The staff & doctor were efficient, friendly and helped me to understand what was going on & best steps to help Bama. Clean lobby and consultation rooms. He ended up needing to have his ear drained which took several hours but I was able to leave him there and they called when he was ready to come home. It can be very stressful when something new happens to your pet and your vet isn't available so they certainly helped ease my anxiety & stress. One thing to note is that it is a walk-in clinic so it's best to be there right when they open for a better chance of being seen as quickly as possible. As for pricing, I would keep in mind that this is essentially like pet ER so you should expect to pay for urgency and prompt care. The good news is that they discussed cost with me beforehand so I wasn't caught by surprise at the end of the visit. Would highly recommend if you need urgent care for your pet & your primary vet isn't available.
